If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date due to a complaint and the statutory right of cancellation.
The return is free of charge for you!
Statutory right of cancellation
You have a statutory right of cancellation. You will find the relevant information about this and a sample cancellation form under "Right of cancellation"
Subject to the conditions and legal consequences of the statutory right of cancellation (see above), we grant you a cancellation period of 30 days in deviation from the 14-day cancellation period. The statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected by this.
Contractual right of cancellation
In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we grant you a 30-day contractual right of return under the following conditions. Provided that you comply with the return specifications listed there, we will bear the costs of the return shipment. The statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected by this.
Brief instructions for returns:
- Enter the reason for return (number) on the enclosed returns note

1) is faulty 2) incorrectly delivered 3) not your liking
- Pack the item in the original packaging including the returns note
- Affix the enclosed returns label and take the parcel to the nearest DHL drop-off point.
