Payment  

How can I pay?  

Payment in our online shop can be made by credit card or PayPal. Our commercial customers can pay by invoice.  

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)  

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and your credit card will be charged when the order is completed.  

PayPal  

With a valid PayPal account, you can pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal.    

Where can I find my invoice?  

The invoice is included in the package, along with the returns and delivery note.    

 

Our brand shop    

Do I have to register to place an order?  

No, you do not have to register to place an order in the Kesper brand shop. You can also place your order as a guest without registering. You only need to register as a commercial customer.  

What are the benefits of registering?  

If you create a user account in our shop, you will be guided through the ordering process more quickly and will not have to enter your details again.  

How do I change my details?  

Log in to our online shop. You can change and save your details under My account.  

I can't log in, what should I do?  

First, check that you have entered the correct email address. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten password and we will send you a new password by email. You can then change this in My account.    

Ordering & delivery  

Is there a minimum order value?  

No, there is no minimum order value for end consumers in the Kesper brand shop.   For retailers/new customers (within Germany), a minimum order value of €  150 (net) applies. For existing customers, the agreed minimum order values apply. For retailers/new customers (within the EU), a minimum order value of €1,000 (net) applies. For existing customers, the agreed minimum order values apply.    

How will my order be delivered?  

To ensure that the items you order arrive reliably and quickly, we work with DPD – a partner with decades of experience in parcel delivery.    

How long is the delivery time?  

The available items are ready for immediate dispatch. The delivery time is 3-7 days.    

How much are the shipping costs?  

For end consumers in Germany:  

For orders under € 29.00, € 5.95 will be charged for postage/shipping.   For orders over €29.00, shipping is free of charge.    

For retailers:  

Within Germany: Delivery is free of charge for orders over €150.00. For existing customers, the agreed delivery terms apply. Within the EU: Please contact us to enquire about shipping costs. The agreed delivery terms apply to existing customers.    

Can I track my delivery?  

When we ship an order with DPD, you will receive an automatic email from us as soon as the parcel is handed over to DHL. This email will contain the tracking number. You can enter this number at DPD - Parcel delivery for business and private customers » DPD. There you can always see where your parcel is. DPD will automatically update the parcel status as soon as it changes. You can also see whether a delivery attempt has already been made.  

Where do you deliver?  

We deliver to the delivery address you provided when placing your order. We only deliver to addresses in Germany. Therefore, the contract is concluded in German and you will receive all documents in German. For retailers: We deliver to the delivery address you provided within the EU. Pick-up from the factory is of course also possible.  

The delivery does not match my order, what can I do?  

Please accept our apologies for the mistake. It can happen that your order is not delivered in full or that you receive an item you did not order. In this case, please contact us directly at https://shop.kesper.com/de/kontakt/.    

Returns    

How can I cancel my order?  

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date on the basis of a complaint and your statutory right of withdrawal.    

Statutory right of withdrawal  

You have a statutory right of withdrawal. The relevant information and a sample withdrawal form can be found under ‘Right of withdrawal’.  

Under the conditions and legal consequences of the statutory right of withdrawal (see above), we grant you a withdrawal period of 30 days, deviating from the 14-day withdrawal period. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.  

Contractual right of return  

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a 30-day contractual right of return under the conditions specified below. If you comply with the return instructions listed there, we will bear the costs of the return shipment. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.  

Quick guide for returns:    

Enter the reason for return (number) on the enclosed return slip.    

Item:  

1) is defective

2) was delivered incorrectly

3) is not to your liking    

Pack the item in its original packaging, including the return slip.   Stick the enclosed return label on the package and take it to the nearest DPD drop-off point.

How will I be refunded?  

As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked and a credit note will be issued. Depending on the payment option you selected when purchasing, the amount will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account.    

Statutory warranty and guarantee    

How long is the warranty period?  

All items are covered by the statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods.
